attorney.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">An attorney must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have attained the age of 18 years;<\/li>\n<li>not be bankrupt; and<\/li>\n<li>be mentally capable<br \/>or<\/li>\n<li>a trust corporation can be the attorney<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>More than one attorney<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">The donor may appoint more than one attorney so that the attorneys may assist or monitor each other.
