\u56e0\u5de5\u53d7\u50b7\u548c\u5de5\u50b7\u8ce0\u511f\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u90fd\u7531\u300a\u50f1\u54e1\u88dc\u511f\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u76e3\u7ba1\u3002\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u56e0\u70ba\u5de5\u4f5c\u9047\u4e0a\u610f\u5916\u800c\u53d7\u50b7\u3001\u6216\u5728\u57f7\u884c\u5de5\u4f5c\u671f\u9593\u906d\u9047\u610f\u5916\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u53d7\u50b7\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u90fd\u6709\u8cac\u4efb\u4f5c\u51fa\u88dc\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u7279\u5225\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u9047\u5230\u610f\u5916\u53d7\u50b7\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u4e5f\u8981\u8ca0\u4e0a\u8ce0\u511f\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u597d\u50cf\u662f\u50f1\u54e1\u4e58\u642d\u516c\u53f8\u8eca\u8f1b\u4e0a\u73ed\u671f\u9593\u53d7\u50b7\u3001\u958b\u516c\u53f8\u8eca\u8f1b\u7531\u5bb6\u88e1\u4e0a\u73ed\u6216\u7531\u4e0a\u73ed\u5730\u9ede\u56de\u5bb6\u671f\u9593\u53d7\u50b7\u3001\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u5728\u516b\u81f3\u5341\u865f\u98a8\u7403\u3001\u7d05\u8272\u6216\u9ed1\u8272\u66b4\u96e8\u8b66\u544a\u751f\u6548\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u4e0a\u4e0b\u73ed\u6642\u9047\u5230\u610f\u5916\u7b49\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u8ce0\u511f\u3002\u5230\u5916\u5730\u516c\u5e79\uff0c\u5f80\u8fd4\u9999\u6e2f\u9014\u4e2d\u51fa\u4e86\u751a\u9ebc\u4e8b\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u8ce0\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u5920\u8b49\u660e\u50f1\u54e1\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u56b4\u91cd\u548c\u6545\u610f\u884c\u70ba\u5931\u7576\u800c\u53d7\u50b7\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u523b\u610f\u4ee4\u81ea\u5df1\u50b7\u5f97\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u7533\u8acb\u5de5\u50b7\u8ce0\u511f\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u7372\u5f97\u8ce0\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u7528\u8ce0\u511f\u3002\u597d\u50cf\u662f\u50f1\u54e1\u53d7\u7684\u50b7\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u4ee4\u4ed6\u6c38\u4e45\u55aa\u5931\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u963b\u7919\u4ed6\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u8cfa\u53d6\u5168\u6578\u4eba\u5de5\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u50f1\u4e3b\u5c31\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u88dc\u511f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u523b\u610f\u5f04\u50b7\u81ea\u5df1\u3001\u6216\u96b1\u779e\u81ea\u5df1\u66fe\u7d93\u53d7\u50b7\uff0c\u5f80\u5f8c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u500b\u50b7\u5bb3\u800c\u55aa\u5931\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b\u751a\u81f3\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u50f1\u54e1\u56e0\u67d3\u4e0a\u6bd2\u766e\u6216\u9157\u9152\u800c\u4e0d\u80fd\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u9700\u8981\u88dc\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u76f8\u4fe1\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u6709\u807d\u904e\u8077\u696d\u75c5\uff0c\u300a\u50f1\u54e1\u88dc\u511f\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u5c31\u6db5\u84cb\u4e8646\u7a2e\u8077\u696d\u75c5\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u56e0\u70ba\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u60a3\u4e0a\u689d\u4f8b\u5217\u660e\u7684\u9019\u4e9b\u8077\u696d\u75c5\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5c31\u6709\u8cac\u4efb\u88dc\u511f\u3002\u800c\u50f1\u54e1\u4e00\u65e6\u56e0\u70ba\u7279\u5b9a\u8077\u696d\u75c5\u800c\u55aa\u5931\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5c31\u7b49\u540c\u56e0\u5de5\u53d7\u50b7\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f97\u5230\u8ce0\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u842c\u4e00\u5f88\u4e0d\u5e78\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5de5\u4f5c\u53d7\u50b7\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u50b7\u6b98\u751a\u81f3\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u6cd5\u4f8b\u5df2\u7d93\u8a02\u660e\u8a08\u7b97\u8ce0\u511f\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u8a73\u60c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u8003\u9577\u8005\u793e\u5340\u6cd5\u7db2\u6587\u5b57\u7248\uff0c\u6216\u5411\u52de\u5de5\u8655\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u88dc\u511f\u79d1\u67e5\u8a62\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u8ce0\u511f\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u8981\u8ca0\u64d4\u6bae\u846c\u8cbb\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u8cbb\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u958b\u652f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e0d\u8981\u4ee5\u70ba\u53d7\u4e86\u50b7\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4f60\u4e0d\u8aaa\u3001\u6211\u4e0d\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u7528\u8ce0\u511f\u4e86\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6cd5\u4f8b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u767c\u751f\u5de5\u696d\u610f\u5916\u5c0e\u81f4\u50b7\u4ea1\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u5426\u5f15\u81f4\u8ce0\u511f\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u90fd\u8981\u5728\u6307\u5b9a\u9650\u671f\u5167\u5411\u52de\u5de5\u8655\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u5c31\u662f\u72af\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u7f70\u6b3e\u3002\u54e1\u5de5\u5982\u679c\u767c\u73fe\u50f1\u4e3b\u6c92\u6709\u5448\u5831\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u53ef\u806f\u7d61\u52de\u5de5\u8655\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u88dc\u511f\u79d1\u3002<\/p>\n

For fatal work-related accidents, employers are required to report to the Labour Department within seven days after the accident. For occupational diseases that result in fatality, employers are required to report within seven days after the date of death. For non-fatal work-related accidents, employers are required to report to the Labour Department within 14 days after the accident.<\/p>\n

If employers are not aware of the accidents that happened within the specified period, they must notify the Labour Department on appropriate form within seven days for fatal cases and 14 days for non-fatal cases, after the accidents come to their attention.<\/p>\n

Any work-related accident must be reported by the employer irrespective of whether the accident gives rise to any liability to pay compensation. For more details on the reporting matters, please call the Labour Department’s hotline at 27171771.<\/p>\n

Employees can approach the Employees\u2019 Compensation Division of the Labour Department (Tel. hotline: 27171771) to complete a Notification of Accident if they know that their employer has not reported the work-related accident to Labour Department. The Labour Department will then follow up the case.<\/p>\n

Employers who fail to report to the Labour Department are liable to prosecution and, on conviction, a fine of $50,000.<\/p>\n
