\u9664\u4e86\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u8001\u95c6\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee5\u81ea\u50f1\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u8ddf\u54e1\u5de5\u8a02\u7acb\u670d\u52d9\u5408\u7d04\u3002\u70ba\u907f\u514d\u5c07\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u62d7\u64ac\uff0c\u8001\u95c6\u5728\u8a02\u7acb\u5408\u7d04\u6642\uff0c\u6700\u597d\u8ddf\u5c0d\u65b9\u641e\u6e05\u695a\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u50f1\u54e1\u9084\u662f\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u81ea\u50f1\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u75312011\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u8001\u95c6\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u7d66\u4e88\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\uff0c\u5c31\u7b49\u540c\u6b20\u85aa\u3002\u6839\u64da\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5982\u679c\u6545\u610f\u53ca\u6c92\u6709\u5408\u7406\u8faf\u89e3\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u6e96\u6642\u767c\u5de5\u8cc7\u7d66\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u72af\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e00\u7d93\u5b9a\u7f6a\u53ef\u88ab\u7f70\u6b3e\u548c\u76e3\u7981\u3002\u52de\u5de5\u8655\u5236\u8a02\u4e86\u6709\u95dc\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u7684\u53c3\u8003\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u540c\u6a23\u5728\u7db2\u7ad9\u627e\u5f97\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n

A contract of employment is an agreement on the employment conditions made between an employer and an employee. The agreement can be made orally or in writing, and it includes both expressed and implied terms.<\/p>\n

Employers and employees are free to negotiate and agree on the terms and conditions of employment, provided that they do not violate the provisions of the\u00a0Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57)<\/a>\u00a0and other relevant ordinances. Any term of an employment contract that purports to extinguish or reduce any right, benefit or protection conferred upon the employee by the ordinances will be void. To provide a reference for employers and employees when drawing up contracts, the Labour Department has prepared a\u00a0sample employment contract<\/a>\u00a0that sets out some common terms and conditions of employment.<\/p>\n

As required by the\u00a0Employment Ordinance<\/a>, an employer must inform each employee clearly of the conditions of employment before that employment begins. Such information should include:<\/p>\n
