href=\"https:\/\/seniorclic.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/redevelopment.mp3\">https:\/\/seniorclic.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/redevelopment.mp3<\/a><\/audio><\/p>\n<p>\u9999\u6e2f\u623f\u5c4b\u4f9b\u61c9\u7dca\u5f35\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u4e0d\u5c11\u5730\u5340\u90fd\u51fa\u73fe\u8001\u5316\uff0c\u7279\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u5730\u7522\u767c\u5c55\u5546\uff0c\u90fd\u63a8\u884c\u91cd\u5efa\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u7bc0\u300c\u9577\u8005\u6cd5\u7db2\u667a\u591a\u8072\u300d\uff0c\u5c31\u8ddf\u5927\u5bb6\u8aaa\u8aaa\u91cd\u5efa\u548c\u6536\u8cfc\u7269\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u73fe\u6642\u4e3b\u8981\u4ee5\u4e09\u7a2e\u9014\u5f91\u63a8\u884c\u6216\u4fc3\u9032\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\u3001\u9700\u6c42\u4e3b\u5c0e\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\uff08\u5148\u5c0e\u8a08\u5283\uff09\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2d\u4ecb\u670d\u52d9\uff08\u5148\u5c0e\u8a08\u5283\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u516c\u5e03\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u5efa\u5730\u9ede\uff0c\u5728\u61b2\u5831\u548c\u5831\u7d19\u520a\u767b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u53cd\u5c0d\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a8\u884c\u91cd\u5efa\u3002\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u6703\u8207\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u79c1\u4eba\u5354\u5546\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u696d\u6b0a\u3002\u4f4f\u5b85\u7269\u696d\u7684\u81ea\u4f4f\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u73fe\u91d1\u88dc\u511f\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4ee5\u6a13\u63db\u6a13\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee3\u66ff\u73fe\u91d1\u88dc\u511f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u672a\u80fd\u5920\u4ee5\u79c1\u4eba\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6536\u8cfc\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u653f\u5e9c\u6839\u64da\u6cd5\u4f8b\uff0c\u6536\u56de\u571f\u5730\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u6703\u5728\u61b2\u5831\u520a\u767b\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u696d\u6b0a\u5c31\u6b78\u653f\u5e9c\u6240\u6709\u3002\u8a72\u5e45\u5730\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u88dc\u511f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u7531\u696d\u4e3b\u81ea\u767c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e3b\u5c0e\u91cd\u5efa\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5c31\u7531\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc\u516d\u6210\u4e03\u696d\u6b0a\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5411\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u91cd\u5efa\u4ed6\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u7684\u5730\u76e4\u3002\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u6703\u6311\u9078\u5408\u9069\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u91cd\u5efa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u5354\u52a9\u696d\u4e3b\u96c6\u5408\u571f\u5730\u696d\u6b0a\uff0c\u958b\u5c55\u7531\u696d\u4e3b\u81ea\u767c\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u5e02\u5efa\u5c40\u900f\u904e\u9644\u5c6c\u516c\u53f8\u300c\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u4e2d\u4ecb\u670d\u52d9\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u300d\uff0c\u63a8\u884c\u4e2d\u4ecb\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u96c6\u5408\u4e00\u534a\u696d\u6b0a\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u9019\u9805\u5148\u5c0e\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u7531\u5e02\u5efa\u4e2d\u4ecb\u516c\u53f8\u4ee3\u70ba\u8058\u8acb\u9867\u554f\u53ca\u6e38\u8aaa\u672a\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u51fa\u552e\u7269\u696d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60f3\u591a\u4e86\u89e3\u9019\u5e7e\u9805\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u8a73\u60c5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u8003\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\u7684\u7db2\u9801\u6216\u9577\u8005\u793e\u5340\u6cd5\u7db2\u6587\u5b57\u7248\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u525b\u624d\u63d0\u53ca\u7684\u91cd\u5efa\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5927\u696d\u4e3b\u5982\u679c\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u5e45\u5730\u81f3\u5c11\u516b\u6210\u7684\u696d\u6b0a\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u64da\u6cd5\u4f8b\uff0c\u5411\u571f\u5730\u5be9\u88c1\u8655\u7533\u8acb\u5f37\u5236\u552e\u8ce3\u6240\u6709\u696d\u6b0a\uff0c\u7528\u4f5c\u91cd\u5efa\u3002\u5730\u6bb5\u4e00\u822c\u6703\u516c\u958b\u62cd\u8ce3\uff0c\u8ce3\u5230\u7684\u9322\uff0c\u6263\u9664\u76f8\u95dc\u8cbb\u7528\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6524\u5206\u7d66\u5404\u696d\u4e3b\u3002\u5982\u679c\u56e0\u70ba\u5f37\u5236\u552e\u8ce3\u571f\u5730\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\u722d\u8b70\uff0c\u5404\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u8abf\u89e3\u3002\u9577\u8005\u5c0f\u696d\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u8abf\u89e3\u8cc7\u52a9\uff0c\u61c9\u4ed8\u8abf\u89e3\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u958b\u652f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5230\u9577\u8005\u793e\u5340\u6cd5\u7db2\u6587\u5b57\u7248\u770b\u770b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u6642\u4e5f\u6709\u65b0\u805e\u5831\u9053\uff0c\u8aaa\u6709\u5c0f\u696d\u4e3b\u56e0\u70ba\u4e0d\u80af\u552e\u8ce3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u55ae\u4f4d\u4f86\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u906d\u4eba\u6050\u5687\uff0c\u597d\u50cf\u662f\u88ab\u4eba\u65b7\u6c34\u65b7\u96fb\u3001\u7528\u81a0\u6c34\u5c01\u8457\u9470\u5319\u5b54\u6216\u4ee5\u9396\u93c8\u9396\u4f4f\u9435\u9598\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u884c\u70ba\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5211\u4e8b\u7f6a\u884c\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u5982\u679c\u9047\u5230\u9019\u4e9b\u4e by private agreement for whatever reasons, such as title problems, probate cases or untraceable owners, the URA will make a request to the Government for resumption of the land pursuant to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/eng\/hk\/legis\/ord\/124\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lands Resumption Ordinance (Cap. 124 of the Laws of Hong Kong)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Notice of approval for land resumption<\/h3>\n<p>If the Government decides to resume land pursuant to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hklii.hk\/eng\/hk\/legis\/ord\/124\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lands Resumption Ordinance(Cap. 124 of the Laws of Hong Kong)<\/a>, a Government Notice will be published in the Gazette. Copies of the Government Notice will also be affixed in the redevelopment area and sent to the registered owners of the property, where possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Reversion of ownership to the Government<\/h3>\n<p>Under normal circumstances, the ownership of the properties will revert to the Government three months after the notice is published.<\/p>\n<h3>Compensation<\/h3>\n<p>Owner-occupiers will be offered statutory compensation and an ex-gratia allowance, namely the Home Purchase Allowance (HPA).
