href=\"https:\/\/seniorclic.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/safety.mp3\">https:\/\/seniorclic.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/safety.mp3<\/a><\/audio><\/p>\n<p>\u9999\u6e2f\u591a\u6578\u5e02\u6c11\u90fd\u4f4f\u5728\u591a\u5c64\u5927\u5ec8\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u5728\u8cb7\u5165\u5927\u5ec8\u55ae\u4f4d\u6642\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u4e0d\u55ae\u53ea\u662f\u64c1\u6709\u8a72\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u8207\u5927\u5ec8\u5167\u5176\u4ed6\u55ae\u4f4d\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u64c1\u6709\u5927\u5ec8\u7684\u516c\u7528\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e62\u591a\u5c64\u6a13\u5b87\u5167\u7684\u6240\u6709\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u8cac\u4efb\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u7dad\u4fee\u6a13\u5b87\u7684\u516c\u7528\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u9019\u4e00\u7bc0\u300c\u9577\u8005\u6cd5\u7db2\u667a\u591a\u8072\u300d\uff0c\u5c31\u70ba\u5927\u5bb6\u8aaa\u8aaa\u7269\u696d\u7dad\u4fee\u8207\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u5ec8\u6216\u5c4b\u82d1\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6210\u7acb\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u5408\u6cd5\u4ee3\u8868\u6240\u6709\u696d\u4e3b\u7ba1\u7406\u5927\u5ec8\u6216\u5c4b\u82d1\u3002\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8981\u8ca0\u4e0a\u96c6\u9ad4\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5be6\u9ad4\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u6cd5\u5718\u505a\u4e86\u751a\u9ebc\u6216\u6c92\u6709\u505a\u751a\u9ebc\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u696d\u4e3b\u90fd\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e86\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u696d\u4e3b\u6bcb\u9808\u8ca0\u8cac\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u7dad\u4fee\u6a13\u5b87\u7684\u516c\u7528\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u8001\u53cb\u8a18\u5c0d\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u5ec8\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u5370\u8c61\u5462\uff1f1994\u5e74\uff0c\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u5ec8\u5916\u7246\u77f3\u5c4e\u7c37\u7bf7\u5012\u584c\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u6b7b\u4e03\u50b7\u3002\u6cd5\u5ead\u88c1\u5b9a\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u5ec8\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u8981\u70ba\u4e8b\u4ef6\u8ca0\u4e0a\u90e8\u4efd\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u5de8\u984d\u8ce0\u511f\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u6cd5\u5718\u6c92\u6709\u8cfc\u8cb7\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98a8\u96aa\u4fdd\u96aa\uff0c\u6cd5\u5718\u88ab\u9812\u4ee4\u6e05\u76e4\uff0c\u800c\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u5ec8\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u90fd\u8981\u5206\u64d4\u8ce0\u511f\u3002\u6dfb\u559c\u5927\u5ec8\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u51f8\u986f\u4e86\u70ba\u6a13\u5b87\u516c\u7528\u90e8\u5206\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98a8\u96aa\u4fdd\u96aa\u6709\u591a\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u653f\u5e9c\u5176\u5f8c\u4ea6\u7acb\u4f8b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u696d\u4e3b\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u8981\u70ba\u6a13\u5b87\u7684\u516c\u7528\u90e8\u4efd\u53ca\u6cd5\u5718\u8ca1\u7522\uff0c\u8cfc\u8cb7\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u98a8\u96aa\u4fdd\u96aa\uff0c\u4fdd\u55ae\u8981\u70ba\u55ae\u4e00\u4e8b\u6545\u5f15\u8d77\u6b7b\u50b7\u800c\u62db\u81f4\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u81f3\u5c11\u4e00\u5343\u842c\u5143\u7684\u4fdd\u96aa\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6cd5\u5718\u6c92\u6709\u6309\u6cd5\u4f8b\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4fdd\u96aa\u6216\u4fdd\u55ae\u7121\u6548\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7684\u6bcf\u500b\u59d4\u54e1\uff0c\u90fd\u8981\u8ca0\u4e0a\u5211\u4e8b\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u4e45\u5931\u4fee\u7684\u6a13\u5b87\uff0c\u4e0d\u55ae\u5c0d\u4f4f\u6236\u69cb\u6210\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u5c0d\u516c\u773e\u4e5f\u9020\u6210\u5a01\u8105\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u8655\u7406\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u653f\u5e9c\u57282012\u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u5f37\u5236\u9a57\u6a13\u548c\u5f37\u5236\u9a57\u7a97\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6703\u63c0\u9078\u6578\u5343\u5e62\u9ad8\u6a13\u9f61\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u6a13\u5b87\uff0c\u898f\u5b9a\u696d\u4e3b\u6216\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\uff0c\u627e\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u6aa2\u9a57\u4eba\u54e1\u9032\u884c\u67d0\u4e9b\u6307\u5b9a\u6aa2\u9a57\uff0c\u6709\u554f\u984c\u5c31\u8981\u7dad\u4fee\u3002\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u8981\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u5448\u4ea4\u6aa2\u9a57\u5831\u544a\u548c\u4fee\u847a\u5b8c\u5de5\u5831\u544a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6536\u5230\u6aa2\u9a57\u901a\u77e5\u4f46\u6c92\u6709\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u6216\u7acb\u6848\u6cd5\u5718\u5c31\u8981\u8ca0\u4e0a\u5211\u4e8b\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u7f70\u6b3e\u548c\u76e3\u7981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u5e6b\u52a9\u6709\u9700\u8981\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u4ed8\u7dad\u4fee\u958b\u652f\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u300c\u6a13\u5b87\u7dad\u4fee\u7d9c\u5408\u652f\u63f4\u8a08\u5283\uff08\u7d9c\u5408\u8a08\u5283\uff09\u300d\uff0c\u7531\u5e02\u5340\u91cd\u5efa\u5c40\u7d71\u4e00\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0d\u540c\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u8cc7\u52a9\u3001\u8cb8\u6b3e\u548c\u6d25\u8cbc\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u696d\u4e3b\u7dad\u4fee\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u623f\u5c4b\u5354\u6703\u4ea6\u63d0\u4f9b\u7279\u5225\u70ba\u9577\u8005\u800c\u8a2d\u7684\u6d25\u8cbc\u8a08\u5283\u3002\u6709\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u806f\u7d61\u623f\u5354\u6216\u5e02 owner-occupiers, including the elderly, to repair and maintain their self-occupied flats and common areas, and to maintain building safety, the Government introduced the Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Needy Owners (BMGSNO). Common examples include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improvements to structural aspects of the building: e.g. repair to loose, cracked, spalled or otherwise defective concrete;<\/li>\n<li>Improvements related to the safety of the external elevations of the building: e.g. repair to defective rendering or mosaic tiles;<\/li>\n<li>Repair or replacement of defective windows;<\/li>\n<li>Removal of unauthorized building works or illegal rooftop structures;<\/li>\n<li>Repair, maintenance or replacement of lifts, fire services installations and equipment, electrical wiring, gas risers, defective waste pipes, soil pipes, rainwater pipes, fresh water pipes, vent pipes or underground drainage; or<\/li>\n<li>Repair of waterproofing membranes on rooftops and flat roofs, or works to alleviate water seepage problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants can also use the Grant to repay their outstanding loan with the Government in relation to building maintenance, and\/or de-register the relevant legal charge\/charging order.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to offer financial assistance to elderly owner-occupiers to repair and maintain their self-occupied flats and common areas, and to maintain building safety, the Government introduced the Building Maintenance Grant Scheme for Needy Owners (BMGSNO).
