the maximum amount of the specified property value for payout calculation is 100% of appraised property value.<\/p>\n<p>For properties valued over HK$8 million, the maximum amount of the specified property value for payout calculation is the sum of $8 million and 50% of portion exceeding $8 million, subject to a cap of HK$25 million.<\/p>\n<h2>How to calculate the monthly payout amount if one
